SWAP IT!
Come and refresh your wardrobe, de-clutter your house and maybe pick up an interesting item or two. Bring along any unwanted (but good quality!) adult and children's clothing, books, CDs, DVDSs, toys and gardening equipment and then swap them for something you want - for FREE!
Swap It is postponed until further notice. Northfield Ecocentre accept shoes and bras for recycling. Please take all other unwanted, good quality items to your local charity shop.

Childrens Activities: Sow and Grow (learning to sow seeds, plant seedlings and grow vegetables and flowers! ), Summer Holiday Family Fun Days.
Films: So far we have shown Food Inc., The Age of Stupid and An Inconvenient Truth, all of which have been very well attended and have been followed by interesting debates led by some relevant and very knowledgeable hosts such as Tom Baker (LOAF) and Joe Peacock (Friends of The Earth).

The event was run in conjunction with a local craft fair that was hosted at the local Quaker meeting House.
Warm for Winter: Just before winter came upon us we ran an event showcasing local organisations that help people save energy (such as insulation and solar power companies) and live more sustainably (local credit union and the Wildlife Trust).
